Vlicha Bay is in the middle of the east coast of Rhodes-between the resort of Kalathos and the famous and historic village of Lindos.

Vlicha beach is a stunning crescent shaped, long pebble beach with astonishing clear water set on the bay south of Lindos. A holiday at Vlicha is popular with couples and families looking for dramatic views, a fine beach and a more simple and quieter resort-whilst still close to the most famous and magnificent attractions of Rhodes.

One of the best things about Villa Lindos Kalliopi is the mentioned close proximity to Lindos. In Lindos itself there are many diverse restaurants, bars, shops and banks. And, of course, the magnificent Acropolis. This means our guests are one step away from all that history, vibrancy and fine dining that Lindos offers. Like much of the Old Town of Rhodes, Lindos has a preservation status declared on it and this means it has managed to maintain its old traditions and styles.

With car hire direct from Rhodes Airport well represented you will be able to hire your car at a reasonable rate and be at Villa Lindos Kalliopi within 40 minutes.

It is a simple, straightforward run between the airport to your Villa.

With excellent roads, easy to navigate & in good condition you can do as much or as little driving as you want.

If you wish to see more of the island and become more enchanted by it`s great charms we suggest at least 3 days car hire. We can arrange car hire delivered to the villa (or pick you up from the airport) if you contact us before arrival.

To get to Rhodes Town it will only take you around 40 minutes from the Villa.

A holiday at Vlicha Bay means you are close by to find enough time to visit Kalathos, a small colourful village retaining a good deal of traditional charm. With tavernas down by Kalathos beach. The village of Kalathos is slightly inland and also offers cafes, bars and tavernas.

The nearby Pefkos is a real treat, with good quality restaurants and bars. Pefkos is a 5 minute drive away and has magnificent beaches, shops and tavernas. It also takes on an atmosphere all it`s own during the evening.

5km further from Pefkos is Lardos, this offers a more traditional glimpse of Greek life and has many lovely bars and restaurants on offer both in and out of the main season. Our single biggest recommendation in Lardos for dining is "Roulas" a restaurant taverna that is run by a lovely, welcoming family with an extensive menu offering gorgeous chef specialties, Greek specials and own recipe pizza. The best quality menu on Rhodes and a warm reception is guaranteed (to reserve, when on Rhodes,telephone 22440 44300).

40 minutes away is Prassonissi, the most southerly position of the island and is a favorite with Windsurfers.

The entire island is a pleasure to drive around on and all areas simple to navigate to in a relative short time.
