Below is listed the weekly price for full, exclusive hire of the villa and all of its facilities.

Also listed is the daily price and, as a guide, the price per week per person based on the maximum of 6 people sharing.

1st January - 18th March = £1,000 p/w

(just £143 per day for full exclusive villa hire. £167 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


19th March - 20th May = £1,250 p/w

(just £179 per day for full exclusive villa hire. £208 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


21st May - 1st July = £1,640 p/w

(just £234 per day for full exclusive villa hire. £273 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


2nd July - 9th September = £1,790 p/w

(just £256 per day for full exclusive villa hire. £298 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


10th September - 4th October = £1,640 p/w

(just £234 for full exclusive villa hire per day. £273 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


5th October - 4th November = £1,530 p/w

(just £219 per day for full exclusive villa hire. £255 per person per week based on 6 sharing)


5th November - 31st December = £1,100 p/w

(just £157 per day or £183 person per week based on 6 sharing)

We are now taking bookings for remaining 2010 dates (Dec only)). Also reserving now for 2011 & 2012 dates at the Villa Lindos Kalliopi. All the booking contact details are listed below.

To reserve 2011 dates we require 25% deposit + completed booking form. A early reservation for 2012 / 2013 dates simply require just a 10% deposit to secure dates - with a further 15% 1 year from arrival and then 75% balance just 8 weeks prior to arrival. So if you, like so many others, have set your heart on securing this villa - this is the perfect, low cost, way to reserve key dates early. Contact us for more details and a booking form.

Villa Lindos Kalliopi has caused quite a stir with the design and comfort, the large overflow pool & garden terrace and for the astonishing views it commands.

The price per week covers the cost of full, private use of Villa Lindos Kalliopi for up to six people (3 bedrooms) inclusive.

We also manage a second villa in the same area, Villa Rhodos Poppy, should your party be larger than 6 persons and you require a neighbouring villa also.

Luxurious, white bed linen provided. Top quality hand, face & bath towels provided. The villa will be cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning / changes on request-payable locally for a small charge.

Long winter lets of 2 weeks + and a discount can be negotiated. Please ask for more details.

We have very high standards and can promise your confidence in booking early will not be misplaced.

First come first served for School half term and Easter Holidays.

To reserve you will need to contact us for a booking form and also a deposit of 25% is payable at this time with the remainder 8 weeks before arrival at the villa.

Our preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers. Other days of the week possible depend on time of year. Please call / e mail to discuss your request.

If you are booking Villa Lindos Kalliopi within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve.

We appreciate strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A £350 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.

Arrival time is after 4pm. Villa Lindos Kalliopi must be vacated by 10 a.m on day of departure unless prearranged with our Property Management company-Savvaidis & Associates.

Payment currency and methods: At the moment in GBP by personal cheque or electronic bank transfer.

GETTING TO RHODES OUT OF SEASON

With 300 days + of sunshine,even when the main Rhodes season ends at the end of October the island is still a popular destination. Quieter but still warm and delightful. Much to savor and enjoy.

There are many flight options when it comes to reaching Rhodes in the winter months.
UK flights direct to Rhodes cease at the end of October and resume in March,but a easy change at Athens gets you to Rhodes in no time regardless and is a straightforward connection. You'll also notice that the flight times can be much more agreeable and civilised.

And with cheaper,out of season rental prices at Villa Kalliopi you will be able to arrange a top class break at a much reduced cost.
