We are Philip and Peter. Thanks for reading all about our villa on Rhodes. We make no apologies for the fact the personal approach when dealing with your booking is the one that works for us.

Villa Lindos Kalliopi has quickly become very much the "first choice" type villa for holiday makers on Rhodes, with dates booking sometimes in excess of two years in advance - such is the demand and appreciation for what we offer and deliver. We are passionate about our villa and we are determined to offer the highest of standards for our guests...

To give you a brief background on ourselves - we are UK based interior designers and developers. Our strong interest in interior and garden design has led to a lot of our work being featured in several (UK) national interior magazines and the national press.

Our career is now very much focused on interiors and gardens, and also property restoration & development.

Our small 16th Century cottage in Cheshire is the perfect UK base. We love it! However we also felt we needed a little more....

For several years we have dreamed of owning a holiday home abroad. After discovering Rhodes in 2004 we realised this Greek island was at the top of our list!

It was never anything we rushed into lightly however and it was only in mid 2007, on our third visit to the island, that we stumbled across the construction of Villa Lindos Kalliopi in the most gorgeous and quiet Lindos Vlicha Bay.

The finish the developer was giving the property was encouraging and we knew we could go on to create something special, so we then felt very confident in deciding to buy our first home on Rhodes.

What ultimately made our minds up was the the views from the pool terrace. South facing, panoramic and very immediate they truly are sensational. The terrace and the views combine to make you feel like a star. The positioning is hard to beat anywhere!

We are really proud to be the owners. The plans we had to furnish the villa have now come to fruition and we spent all of January 2008 getting everything finished and even returned in January 2009, and then November 2009, to make things extra special. We love the finished results, it is some of the best work we have done and the whole look, flow and feel has exceeded all of our expectations. The whole process has been thrilling and now it is time to share the finished results with other discerning Rhodes holiday makers.

What we also can promise is that our descriptions are honest, so if you read them this will give you a very good idea what to expect. Over the two years our first guests have been staying and we are so pleased that everyone has been loving the finished result, and they have all been confirming that we do indeed deliver on our promises and our descriptions! Bookings for this year (and also 2011) are, we are pleased to say, a lovely mix of brand new visitors, returning customers from previous year and also new guests recommended by those returning customers! We are also staggered that some customers, on the strength of our reputation and offering, will actually move their planned holiday dates by several months just so they can specifically get dates at Villa Lindos Kalliopi! So exactly the right mix of guests we wanted to achieve. The characteristics that people are enjoying are those that separate the best from the rest - the attention to detail, the supremely comfortable surroundings, those thoughtful little touches in a room, hints of decadence, the imaginative decor, the dramatic views, the excellent but unobtrusive service from our property managers - they all combine to give our guests the sense of well being. We know anyone who chooses our villa understands and appreciates a great quality of life-and superb Rhodes holiday accommodation!

We must also point out that we have no room for complacency. Our guests expectations will continue to escalate - and rightly so. This drives standards even higher and we have ongoing plans to keep the villa fresh and exciting - and never tired. For 2010 we have already completed many exciting additions, changes and upgrades. Our commitment to the villa is ongoing. The 2010 season is now fully booked and we are already several weeks booked for 2011 and 2012! We promise a very thorough and efficient service from ourselves from your first enquiry onwards.... And that service will be matched during your stay by excellent Property Managers, lead by Kim Roberts, from Savvaidis & Associates Property Management. 2010 will be the third year we have used Kim and her team (2011 t.b.c). We have to mention Kim in some detail as, we are pleased to confirm, she has done an excellent, impeccable job looking after the villa and our guests. Kim and her team are receiving so much praise from all of our guests that she has already become synonymous with offering the best level of service possible. Our guests have been assured of being well looked after - Kim and her team deliver uncompromising standards on every level.

It has to be said though that, whatever we do with the villa, it is the views that will always remain the biggest draw. We really can`t praise them enough! They are genuinely breathtaking and some of the best you could hope for on beautiful Rhodes!!
